The Les Saisons reservation policy is based on years of experience managing fractional ownership resorts and the most popular method that has proven to give owners the highest level of satisfaction. Les Saisons owners with 1/8 interest are entitled to a minimum of five weeks per year in residence that includes:

• two winter weeks
• two summer weeks
• one additional week during high season in either winter or summer
• plus, unlimited additional time may be scheduled on a Space Available basis

Space Available time is defined by vacant residences that have not been reserved by owners for the season. These reservations can be made up to 60 days in advance when the suites haven't already been reserved by owners.

Prior to each winter and summer season you are able to request your preferred dates of high season use and request additional space-available time. Les Saisons uses a rotating priority system to resolve the occasional scheduling conflict and to ensure equitable access.
