Payment Information
- A refundable 25% of total rental amount is required as a deposit due at the time of booking if the reservation is made more than 90 days prior to schedule arrival date.
- The remaining 75% balance of total rental amount is due 90 days prior to arrival date.
- A full non-refundable payment of total rental amount will be collected at the time of booking if the reservation is made within 90 days of the arrival date.
- At the time of booking, we require a Visa, Mastercard or American Express credit card number. We can accept a personal check with proper identification.
- By placing a reservation with Les Saisons, you are authorizing the credit card given to be used for the costs associated with the use of the property, including damage fees. If for any reason the credit card is invalid, you are still fully responsible for these costs, furthermore you accept the property manager's evaluation regarding any damages claimed.
Property Information
- Les Saisons is a non-smoking resort and pets are not permitted.
- The scheduled check-out time is 11 am and check-in time is 4 pm. This allows our housekeeping staff the opportunity to have each residence beautifully appointed for our arrivals. Of course, should your residence be ready for you prior to 4 pm we would make every attempt to accommodate an earlier arrival.
- Approximately one week prior to your scheduled arrival, the Les Saisons Concierge will contact you to answer any question you may have and to help you plan your stay to take full advantage of all the services and amenities Les Saisons has to offer. We pride ourselves on bringing the luxurious Sun Valley lifestyle home to you! Let our spa staff pamper you while our concierge arranges everything from restaurant reservations to recreational bookings. Our valet staff is also available to chauffeur you and your guests anywhere in the Wood River Valley, including to and from out local airport.
- During the winter months we ask you to be aware of the potential airport closure and delays. The airlines servicing Hailey (Skywest/Delta and Horizon Air) request that you call them three and one half hours prior to departure time to check flight status. Upon check-in, please provide us with your departure information so that we may keep track of your flight status and advise you properly.
- All linens and towels are provided with our rental units at no additional charge. You will find your unit clean and all beds made upon your arrival.
